National Police Week

Honoring Our Heroes. Standing United.

Each May, law enforcement officers from across the country gather in Washington, D.C., for National Police Week, a powerful tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Sponsored by the National Fraternal Order of Police, this solemn week is dedicated to honoring fallen officers, supporting their families, and reaffirming our commitment to the law enforcement profession.

National Police Week includes memorial services, candlelight vigils, and events that unite officers, survivors, and supporters in remembrance, solidarity, and reflection. It’s a time for all of us to come together as one FOP family—to remember the fallen, honor the living, and renew our shared mission of service and sacrifice.
